Journaling
Journaling can be a great way to start the day. Personally, I like to write down three things I am grateful for. I have seen a tremendous shift with this in how I start my day and how I show up. A mindset of gratitude will magnify more blessings. Always focus on the good and remain positive. Today, I am grateful for my puppy, soap to clean my hands, and you- my potential new client for reading my blog!
I recently listened on audio book to Green Lights by Matthew McConaughey- (I typically read books, but highly recommend listening to this one- he reads it in his sexy voice). He shared how he had journals from throughout his life time and they helped him reflect and I look forward to the future when I can do the same.
Benefits of journaling include:
-keeping your thoughts organized: I sometimes struggle to communicate exactly how I feel, but writing things and formatting sentences really helps organize thoughts.
-Set & achieve your goals: it's proven that writing goals down can help you focus and achieve them.
Journaling can also be a stress relief, by allowing you to self reflect and grow.
Lastly, journaling can be inspiring with creativity! Have fun, write poems, doodle- bring out your inner child with writing.
