Coconut Bluberry Oats

My favorite overnight oats from Mush are the blueberry flavor, and I am a huge fan of coconut so decided to make my own at home. Overnight oats with chia seeds are a great breakfast cause they really satiate hunger and give you energy for your morning. Heres what you will need:

1/2 cup of rolled oats
3/4 cup any milk (I used Macadamia milk cause I had it but coconut milk would be great too)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon of coconut sugar (or honey if you don’t have coconut sugar)
1/3 cup blueberries
1/4 cup coconut flakes

I gently combine all ingredients in the blender for just 10 seconds. Pour into a mason jar and refrigerate over night. That’s it! So simple and can be topped with fresh blueberries, flaxseed,banana or anything your heart desires~! (#healthy #breakfast #idea)
